Taking over the old Marvin's Pharmacy location, it looks like WeHo will get a bit more wild when The Horn opens some time this Fall. The "New York" style steakhouse by Daniel Cammarata and Adam Klesh along with executive chef Aaron Mitrano will feature comfort food along with international fresh game that will change on a seasonal basis. Think venison and such instead of beef & pork, though they'll have these meats as well for those that can't handle the non-traditional meats. According to WeHoville, the concept comes from Klesh's collection of "rhino-themed objects" amassed from 37 countries, some of which will be on display in the restaurant.
Trying to capture the buzzing nightlife scene in WeHo is always part of every new project, and The Horn is no different. There's a rooftop lounge for outdoor drinking (and weekend brunching). There's also a late-night menu that will serve until 2 a.m. Klesh and Cammarata plan to run The Horn like a "mom and pop," though eventually they intend to open up more restaurants and eventually a boutique hotel.
