THE STRIP— Initially it was thought that LA-based Dolce Group was going to open a Ketchup Burger Bar on the Strip, but despite the same name, logo, and more, it's actually not going to managed by Dolce. Still developing, apparently, with the location TBA.

BELLAGIO— Robin Leach, the ever-present Vegas nightlife and restaurant reporter, drops four juicy rumors about Light Group venues around town, including one that the Bank was supposed to be taken over by SBE (since dismissed).

MGM GRAND— Eater Vegas asks readers to pick a restaurant that would be their last. And of course, the three-Michelin starred Joel Robuchon gets a strong suggestion. But there are plenty of other end-all-be-all type meals in Sin City. Drop a comment.

AROUND TOWN— Here's a handy list of 6 new restaurants to try around town, including a new sushi bar, a Chinese buffet (yes, another one in Vegas!), and a Korean resto called Kitchen Gangnam. Psy would be proud.

MANDALAY BAY— A profile on Kumi's chef Akira Back shows that the Korean-American sushi specialist loves great knives. So avoid him during a knife fight.
