CN-Kettle-Glazed.JPGKettle Glazed Doughnuts, a new Hollywood doughnut operation launched August 7, is selling "Croughnuts" as of yesterday. Consulting chef Marjorie Ohrnstein uses a hybrid puff pastry and croissant dough which she fries in palm oil. Her Croughnuts are then filled with vanilla cream and rolled in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with chocolate. Because why not? [LAW]
