The empty retail space next to All About The Bread is about to get an infusion of Japanese umami in the form of Tatsu Ramen, the popular Sawtelle ramen shop which debuted in May 2012. The iPad-based ordering menu is expected to carry over, along with the variety of tonkotsu-based noodle bowls. No word yet on the opening, but it looks like there will be a full build out required, so this one is likely more than a few months out.
