STUDIO CITY— Chef CJ Jacobson over at Girasol added brunch to the Moorpark Street restaurant's roster last Saturday. Some dishes are made with ingredients foraged from the Angeles National Forest like steak and eggs with foraged pickled California walnuts and crispy Kennenbeck potatoes; chicken sausage with wild fennel, two eggs and shell beans; and Maine lobster eggs Benedict with sautéed wild spinach, poached eggs, lobster butter toast and lobster Hollandaise.
