Those who didn't make it down to Torrance to wait hours for the first annual Ramen Yokocho Fest, here's a photo diary of the massive queues encircling the Torrance Cultural Arts Center over the weekend. There were already 2000 attendees by noon on Saturday. Local favorites Tsujita made a terrific cold Tokyo-style ramen with a sardine broth, Daikokuya prepared a bonito-infused ramen, and Gardena's Iroha did their black mapo ramen. [~EN~]
