Come late November, Russell Malixi and Wade McElroy, the guys behind Grand Central Market's new hit barbecue concept, Horse Thief, will add a wine/beer bar to their setup, along with patio renovations, later hours of operation (until midnight on weekends), and dinner service. They're planning around 10 beers on tap, mostly local crafty brews plus some out of Texas. Chosen wines by the glass and bottle will complement their smoked meats. [EaterWire]
