The Planet Raw mystery has been solved and the organic, raw, vegan restaurant is finally opening this week in West Hollywood pending health inspections. Owner Juliano Brotman jumped the gun when he announced that his popular meat-free eatery would relocate from Santa Monica to Marina del Rey and Hollywood, taking to Facebook in May to say that a West Hollywood cafe would open at 8951 Santa Monica Blvd. on May 14. That didn't happen. But when Eater hit the scene to investigate, the only viable business within the Pavilions shopping center was the shuttered Fresh East. And that is exactly where Plant Raw has landed.

Just like in Santa Monica there's both indoor and patio dining, plus a retail space selling supplements, superfoods, and fruit. Here's the menu which will be served daily from 9 a.m. until 3 a.m. Just in case you get a craving for kelp pasta after da club. Oh, and this is sort of strange and random, but right now you can buy a $600 restaurant credit for $500 on ebay.
