Denizens of Los Feliz may be in a for a rather peculiar treat on October 20 when cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello tends the bar at Cheetahs, a local strip club. The farmer's market-driven mixologist nonchalantly announced the night on his Facebook page today. At the moment, Biancaniello is still working on the list, but loves the interesting play of great drinks in an unconventional setting.
Biancaniello believes in good cocktails in any environment, from an ice cream shop to a strip club. He adds, "I want to make it accessible and will add to the sensual experience of pole dancing." Is it too hard to imagine a Last Tango in Modena (strawberry, balsamic, gin and St. Germain foam) with a lap dance?
