Just 40 minutes ago, via Facebook, chef Micah Fields confirmed that he's moving on from The Standard Downtown to serve as executive chef of LA Chapter and the new Ace Hotel Downtown: "Well... I gues the cat is out of the bag! It is with further adieu that I bid my Standard family fairwell. It has been one sweet ride and I thank you all for your love and support along the way.
