IDG's fancy Chinese kid, Chi-Lin, has a new executive chef in the kitchen. Tyson Wong Ophaso, who replaces Yujean Kang, is an Iron Chef America alum with a pretty impressive resume. He has worked under Andre Soltner, Daniel Boulud, and Claude Troigros, and opened Nong, Spring Street Bakery, and Chinatown Brasserie in New York. Management is excited for Ophaso "to infuse the menu with new ingredients, bold flavors, and exciting combinations that reflect his experiences throughout Asia, France, and the East Coast."
