Kimukatsu, the modern Japanese tonkatsu restaurant that sells 25-layer breaded and deep fried pork cutlets in a variety of flavors, just recently opened its first California location in Culver City. Right now only a partial menu is on offer, and partner Bob Suzukawa says that once he acquires his beer and wine license in late October, the full roster of eats will roll out.
