When Lou Amdur shuttered his six-year-old Hollywood wine bar Lou on Vine, he promised a comeback in the form of "Lou 2.0." And Lou 2.0, or Lou's Wine and Provisions, is manifesting as a wine and "everything you'll need for a picnic" shop, now open next to Sqirl in Silver Lake. LAW says that presently only about 25 wines are for sale, no edibles yet, and another 20 wines are expected to arrive next week. [LAW]
