WEST HOLLYWOOD— Reality stars Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd, also owners of SUR and Villa Blanca restaurants, have responded to that lawsuit filed by Ryan Allen Carrillo and Andrew Gruver over 8948 Santa Monica Blvd., where Vanderpump planned to debut P.U.M.P. Lounge. Carrillo and Gruver were originally in talks with the building's landlord to open Bar Varsity, and they allege that Vanderpump intentionally thwarted their deal so she could take the space. According to Radar Online, Vanderpump states that she and her husband "acted at all times in good faith, sufficient and legal cause, had no knowledge or reasonable grounds to believe in the existence of any of the facts now complained of and did not negligently, knowingly or intentionally harm Plaintiff's or violate any laws."
