He already has a fried chicken truck, so why not a stand? This weekend chef Ludo Lefebvre of Trois Mec will open a fried chicken stand at Staples Center called Ludo Bird, announces LAist. This marks the sports arena's first chef driven-concept and the launch will take plaice during the Depeche Mode concert. Maybe that high-end fried chicken place is up next?
