On November 10, chef Josiah Citrin will host a Bocuse d'Or charity dinner (which involves a mini cooking competition and silent auction) at Melisse in Santa Monica with chef Trey Foshee of George's at the Cove in La Jolla. Bocuse d'Or USA Culinary Council members Gavin Kaysen (NYC's Café Boulud), Michael Cimarusti (Providence), Michael Tusk (SF's Quince), Traci Des Jardins (SF's Jardiniere) will each cook a course and the meal is priced at $185 a head with two wine pairings for $90 or $150.
