Bocuse d'Or USA Culinary Council members Gavin Kaysen (NYC's Café Boulud), Michael Cimarusti (Providence), Michael Tusk (SF's Quince), Traci Des Jardins (SF's Jardiniere) will each cook a course and the meal is priced at $185 a head with two wine pairings for $90 or $150.
