It didn't take long for the LA Times to give it first take on Josef Centano's Orsa & Winston, with almost all positive notes from writer Jo Stougaard. The 33- seat Japanese-Italian fine dining establishment gets high praise for its "luxurious and comforting" uni risotto, while the scene is described as "smartly dressed couples with smartphones at the ready."
