AROUND TOWN— Care to try some 'roo? For the rest of this month, SoCal-based burger chainlet Slater's 50/50 has a kangaroo burger on the menu. The patty is made from half ground bacon and half kangaroo, topped with huckleberry ketchup and crushed macadamia ricotta.
