After a three month shutter, Adolfo Suaya sends word that he's reopening The Phoenix tonight at 5 p.m. The bar, which famously opened with one single menu item, a steak and fries plate, has two more dishes on the menu now too. Ahi tuna tacos and a fried chicken sandwich. Suaya says that The Phoenix shuttered to address some issues for the City of Beverly Hills, and upon this relaunch he promises no more lines outside. And, a very happy birthday is soon due to The Phoenix, celebrating one year later this month. [EaterWire]
