III Forks, the Texas-based steakhouse forming into the Mezzanine at the new Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX, is looking toward a Spring 2014 debut. The plywood shows an open layout that sort of resembles Craft, which is right what travelers might want in a $2 billion mall terminal. Oddly, anyone willing to pay for a premium filet mignon pre-boarding is probably getting one onboard in business class anyway. [EaterWire]
