Simply Raw, the forthcoming uncooked food restaurant next door to Hostaria del Piccolo's CiBOTECA at 6th and Broadway, has pushed its debut back to February 15, per window signage. Note, this is across from the former Planet Raw (which is becoming Blue Daisy Cafe), though the two raw food eateries are not related. [EaterWire]
