Dough Pizzeria & Bar to The Sunset Strip in February

Frankie & Johnnie's corner office on Sunset Boulevard is going under the knife to become a more upscale operation around mid to late February. Dough Pizzeria & Bar will continue the pizza-by-the-slice tradition, but also add house-made pastas and "No Dough" salads. Because this is LA. Gluten-free pizza and pastas, too. First time restaurateur Alex Ganjian has tapped Gabbay Architects and Greg Bleier's Studio Unltd (Bestia, Food + Lab, Messhall) to conceive an Italian trattoria meets industrial mod meets Sunset Strip rock 'n' roll grunge aesthetic.
