Until Angelenos are able to sample Umami founder Adam Fleischman's forthcoming Downtown restaurant ChocoChicken, curiously founded on an amalgam of fried chicken and chocolate, the verdict remains. But investor Phil Rosenthal tried an early bite and declared the following: "Whoa. Got first taste @EatChocoChicken today. Details to follow but it works. Delicious. Undeniable. Look out."
