A new late night option hits West Hollywood starting January 24 at the legendary Hollywood haunt, Formosa Cafe. In partnership with Adam Fleischman and Jordan Kahn, the Red Medicine team is now serving a tight, Vietnamese and Chinese-inspired bar menu for the dark drinking den.

The menu featured a bunch of shareable bites like chicken dumplings, chicken wings, and rock shrimp "aguachile" that packs a heat-filled punch while heartier dishes like Red Medicine's amped up banh mi, with pork belly and country pate runs a mere $12 (and is certainly large enough for two).

Some larger format dishes like braised Wagyu beef brisket and deep-fried whole market fish (such as seabass) come with all the fixin's, like pickled veggies and lettuce wraps. It's all meant to go with the revamped cocktail menu that has classics like the Singapore Sling to a modified Old Fashioned boasting Chinese bitters. Available nightly until 2 a.m., giving Jones across the street a little more competition into the evening hours.
