Guisados, Los Angeles' prized taco gem home-grown in Boyle Heights, is slightly behind schedule and owner Armando De La Torre is now looking at a late February launch for his third location. Situated within the Spring Arcade building on Spring Street between 5th and 6th, Guisados Downtown will encompass 1,200 square feet with 50+ seats both indoors and out. Expect the same taco menu as offered at other locations with the addition of breakfast and, hopefully, beer/wine in the future. [LAT, previously]
