BEVERLY HILLS— The Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel is partnering with Guittard Chocolate chef Donald Wressell to build a 15,000-slice kosher birthday cake for Beverly Hills, to be presented (and served) on April 27 during the City of Beverly Hills' Centennial Block Party on Rodeo.
