Josh Kopel, a partner at Five0Four in Hollywood, sends word that he is in escrow to open two more outlets of his New Orleans-flavored bar-restaurant in Beverly Grove and Hermosa Beach, with a third space in negotiations. In other news, Five0Four has a newish executive chef as of November 1, Sèan Mudd (Hollywood Park), who will release a revamped menu next week.
