Sam Nazarian and SBE are branching out from hotels, restaurants, clubs, and condos to open a $140-million mixed use complex with Camden Property Trust called Camden at the southeast corner of Vine Street and Selma Avenue in Hollywood. The 287-unit facility will house apartments and retail, and incentivize residents with special access to other SBE-owned venues like Colony and Katsuya. Other perks are a movie screening room, music studio, dog park, spa,"artists' annex," and pool with cabanas. The seven-story building should open in 2016. [LAT]
