Early Word on East Borough; EnjoEat Soft Opens Monday

CULVER CITY— How goes it over at newbie East Borough? Midtown Lunch drops by for a comprehensive menu check up and determines that East Borough is "a restaurant that will clearly get better, but the early signs are pretty great." It may not be totally authentic Vietnamese, and prices could be deemed a bit high, but overall Zach Brooks decides that if he's "going to spend $20 on lunch, I'd much rather do it at this place then some of the other, mostly garbage, places within walking distance." CULVER CITY— Twin Italian cafe and restaurant EnjoEat Espresso and EnjoEat Classico will both soft open on February 3. Here's an early look at their menus, one more casual than the next. While Espresso is geared to panini, piadina, pizza and salad, Classico focuses on pastas, pizzas and entrees. Espresso hours will run 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Classico will serve from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. [EaterWire]
