Almost two years ago Lou Amdur sold his trusty Hollywood wine bar, Lou, to new owner Troy Stevens. BOSC, also a wine bar, came next, carrying on some Lou traditions like Pig Candy, but going for an overall seasonal French Mediterranean bill of fare paired with wines natural and otherwise.
