Bittersweet Treats is the Pasadena bakery opened just over a year ago by Top Chef Just Desserts alum Danielle Keene and partner Linda Chen. However, about a month back Keene split from the bakery named after her longtime catering company, leaving the intellectual property to Chen. Taking over recipe development is new head baker Alixzandra Anderson who plans to keep most of Keene's creations, but has discontinued a few less popular baked goods.
