Watch out Chipotle. Fast casual burrito chain Barbacoa Mexican Grill! is opening its first location outside of Utah in Westwood Village at 1030 Glendon Avenue near Target and Trader Joe's by February 1. In addition to burritos, the chain pushes tacos, salads, and soups made with local product (when possible) and eateries do not utilize freezers. Over the next year more outlets are planned for Cali, NY, Georgia, Arizona, Washington and Asia. [EaterWire]
