Las Vegas' Yellowtail Will Replace Mirabelle This Spring

New, 1 comment

This just in: The old Mirabelle on Sunset, under control of LORE Group (Pearl's, Rock & Reilly's), will reopen this spring as Las Vegas' Japanese restaurant and lounge Yellowtail, in partnership with clubby hospitality company, The Light Group (1OAK, Light).

Former pro-snowboarded turned chef Akira Back of Yellowtail in Bellagio and Kumi at Mandalay Bay is going to run the Yellowtail West Hollywood kitchen and plate up popular dishes from the Sin City eatery, in addition to new LA-inspired items using local and seasonal ingredients. No further details at the moment but for those headed to Sundance, Yellowtail will be co-hosting a party out there.
