Vromage is a new vegan cheese shop currently soft open in West Hollywood by one Youssef (a grand opening is slated for late October). With a slew of vegan cheese-based dishes like caprese salad, opened faced sandwiches, and even crunchy pizzas in the works. At the moment, there might still be some finishing touches (and even aging) in the works, so the whole shop isn't ready for primetime, but locals can at least pop by for some vegan cheese samples in the meantime. This is the first shop of its kind of open in Los Angeles, a huge boon for vegans and those with dairy allergies.
