WEST HOLLYWOOD — A trio of great chefs is coming into town to promote their new cookbooks: Jean-Pierre Mouillé (French Roots), Gabrielle Hamilton of NYC's Prune, and Charles Phan of SF's The Slanted Door. Lucques chef Suzanne Goin and chef de cuisine Javier Espinoza will be preparing recipes from each of the books for $55 per person while guests chefs roam the restaurant and sign books.
