Looks like Pez Cantina, the "Coastal Mexican Kitchen" by MILK co-founder Bret Thompson, is gearing up to open in downtown's Bunker Hill. The highly anticipated restaurant specializing in sustainable local seafood will open on the ground floor of the Four Hundred South Hope building. What was once expected to open in late 2013, the upscale cantina is just now hosting a job fair.
