Pete's Café, which briefly shuttered in August for a full remodel and re-concept, will reopen this Wednesday in downtown's Historic Core. Helmed by mega-chef Josef Centeno, Pete's will share a block with Centeno's three other outlets: Baco Mercat, Orsa & Winston, and Bar Ama.
The revamped menu will be filled with American classics like Waldorf salad, crab cakes, club sandwiches, and steak Diane that are well suited to the lunchtime crowds. Full dinner and breakfast options, along with a coffee and pastry counter, will also be on offer at the 12-year lunchtime institution on 4th and Main.
