Cold Rush, a Shaved Ice Shop to Debut Soon in Little Tokyo

A dessert shop named Cold Rush, specializing in shaved ice, will debut this October in Little Tokyo. What was once Ikemen Ramen, the space is newly remodeled and ready to open its doors. No word on the exact opening date; however, everything looks to be complete. Even though summer has come to an end, Japanese-style shaved ice (kakigori) is always a refreshing dessert alternative.
