Amidst a Split from Scarpetta NYC, Scott Conant Sticks with the LA Outlet

Well this is interesting news. Restaurateur extraordinaire Scott Conant recently announced his split for the original Scarpetta New York, and apparently hasn't been involved in the restaurant for many months.

What does this mean for LA? Luckily for fans of the TV personality, Conant will continue to operate Scarpetta Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas. Those headed to Sin City will also be able to catch him at the upcoming Life is Beautiful festival representing his Vegas properties.

As for plans for the future, the chef plans to open a new project in New York, Conant, sometime in 2015. The restaurant will serve as the only NYC branch of the Conant empire.
