Sriracha fans rejoice, the second annual Sriracha Festival hits Chinatown's historic Central Plaza this Sunday, October 19 from 3 to 6 pm. Attendees will be able to sample Sriracha-themed dishes (including desserts!), and wash down fiery foods with local craft beer and cocktails.

The newly released menu includes Sriracha deviled eggs with chicken skin crumble and Sriracha caramel from ink's (and Top Chef competitor) chef Mei Lin; grilled cheese with bacon, Sriracha, egg, egg, red onion, and tomato-Sriracha soup from Greenspan's Gilled Cheese; root vegetable crispy rice salad wit Sriracha-lemongrass vinaigrette from SQIRL; beef tendon churrones with Sriracha sugar and Mexican chocolate from Eagle Rock Brewery Public House; Sriracha marshmallow s'mores from Crème Caramel LA; and a soon to be released offering from Eggslut.

Produced by FoodGPS and The Sriracha Cookbook, this hot sauce festival is not to be missed. General Admission tickets are $59 per person in advance, and $69 per person at the door, if available. VIP Tickets for the event are $90 in advance, and include reserved seating and one-hour early admission from 2 to 3 pm.
