California-inspired Italian cuisine served with a side of live performances will soon be on offer in Beverly Hills. Spaghettini and the Dave Koz Lounge, debuting next to Spago mid-(to-late)-November, is a unique synergy between Cary Hardwick and Laurie Sisneros, partners and owners of Spaghettini in Seal Beach, and renowned saxophonist Dave Koz.

Executive chef Scott Howard will bring signature dishes from Spaghettini Seal Beach along with more ingredient-driven options like Santa Barbara Sea Urchin with cucumber, jalapeño, and pickled cherry; and Orecchetti with six-hour Kurobuta pork bolognese, porcini mushrooms, and Pecorino.

Equally impressive to the upcoming food program is the line up of serious talent with scheduled performances by the nine-time Grammy-nominated Dave Koz, Eric Benét, Matt Goss, Spencer Day, Ariana Savalas, Michael Lington, and surprise visits from Koz's extensive rolodex of musical talent.

With entertainment, lunch, dinner, brunch, and late-night service, you may never have to leave.
