Knuckle & Claw Will Bring a Taste of Martha's Vineyard to Silver Lake

New, 1 comment

East coast transplants and lobster roll lovers will find solace in Knuckle & Claw.

Great news for lobster lovers of LA. Chloe Dahl, granddaughter of beloved children's author Roald Dahl, and her fiancé Nikki Booth, both 24, will be opening lobster roll concept Knuckle & Claw in Silver Lake early December. The tightly edited menu will carry the likes of lobster rolls, with meat flown in from Maine, truffle grilled cheese, chips, beer, and wine.

Chloe was raised between Los Angeles and Martha's Vineyard, so Knuckle & Claw expects to be a true testament to both cities. The space, designed by local husband and wife architecture duo Stephanie and Ben Ragle of Office42, will have both indoor and outdoor seating, with a bright, airy feel reminiscent of the Vineyard.

Those already hankering for Knuckle & Claw's lobster rolls are in luck. The duo is currently serving their offerings at the Beverly Glen Farmer's Market on Saturdays and the Brentwood Farmer's Market on Sundays.
