DOWNTOWN— Grand Central Market just doesn't stop with the quality. Starting October 30, The Oyster Gourmet is finally opening its oyster bar with 14 counter seats, beer, wine, and a variety of shellfish served up fresh. Christophe Happillon has done pop-ups around town, serving mostly local, West Coast oysters from ecologically sustainable sources. Hours run 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday, and until 9 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday.

AROUND TOWN— Curbed has an inside story on the cult-like activity happening at Cafe Gratitude. It's all part of Cults Week at Curbed LA.
