The high end Asian eatery is populating the troubled multi-story eatery on West Third just a few steps from AOC.

Duplex, the massive two-story building towering over West Third, has languished for years without much attention. It'll soon become the second LA location for Crustacean, which has had a high-end Asian restaurant in Beverly Hills for decades.

Controlled by the House of An, which has eateries in San Francisco and Orange County, the concept entering the former Duplex isn't clear at this point, though the swanky location and sizable building should make for a compelling new dining spot for that stretch. Known for its garlic noodles and secret kitchen, Crustacean has managed to draw a strong celebrity following over the years.
