Behold Butchers & Barbers, The Houston Bros' First Hollywood Restaurant

The dynamic nightlife duo is taking things seriously with this new Hollywood restaurant.

The Houston Brothers have been on a tear over the past few years, with such notable nightlife spots as La Descarga, Pour Vous, Harvard & Stone, Good Times at Davey Wayne's and more. They're finally ready to up the game with a full on restaurant called Butchers & Barbers, an eatery pulled straight off a Boardwalk Empire set (or perhaps a location from The Knick). Nestled right onto Hollywood Blvd next to some of those iconic sidewalk stars, this production will serve classic American bistro fare from chef Luke Reyes (The Corner Door, Lucky Duck).

Think house-cured meats and charcuterie, a massive cote de boeuf, roasted cauliflower, and more of those comforting dishes that will invariably pair well with cocktails. Said drinks will be prepared by Joe Swifka (ink.) and Nate Oliver (The Vagrancy Project), though a top-flight wine and draft beer selection will be available for those not interested in strong spirits. Slated to open November 4, bask in the period-piece interior and be sure to dust off your bowler hat.
