BELLAGIOOsteria del Circo quietly closed at the resort and in its place, Lago from Julian Serrano, coming next spring. The Milan-inspired restaurant features the best view of the Fountains at Bellagio, Italian small plates and a gorgeous decor.

HENDERSON — Here’s a new restaurant worth considering — David Clawson Restaurant. All menu items can be ordered as traditional sized plates or small plates to encourage multiple dishes. And "personalized omakase experiences" of five, eight or "deluxe" courses can be reserved in advance, priced at $60 per guest with $40 wine pairings and rising to the "super deluxe 'omygodse'" price of $195 per guest. The option of the 20-seat "Chef's Counter" will also place guests up close and personal during meal preparations.
