The popular nitrogen ice cream franchise Creamistry is lurching ever closer to central LA, with a location opening in Belmost Shore in Long Beach around October 25 (though a soft opening is planned for the 20th). The concept isn't too unlike Coldstone Creamery or even Ice Cream Lab, with a variety of mix ins put right into the ice cream as it freezes to order with liquid nitrogen. The Irvine original opened back in 2013, with another outlet opening in Cerritos.
