Creamistry, one of the earlier concepts that presented mix-to-order nitrogen ice cream, is officially serving Long Beach today on Belmont Shore. Originated in Orange County by Jay Yim, this outlet is run by Nagla Ameerally. The ingredients are organic, natural, and almost infinitely variable, with 50 flavors of ice cream and 50 different toppings (actually that makes 2,500 different kinds of ice cream).
In addition to scoops, there are ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, and even waffles sundaes for those really needing a heavy dose of sugar. Open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, it's one more great after-lunch or after-dinner options for already crowded Belmont Shore. Just for opening day, it's 20% off ice cream, plus free scoops from 3 to 5 p.m.
