Baltaire, A Classic American Steakhouse Grilling Up This Winter in Brentwood

Baltaire, a classic and contemporary American Steakhouse is coming to Brentwood where the old Cheesecake Factory used to reside on San Vicente. From the people behind Coral Tree Café, it will have an approachable, comfortable and luxurious ambiance.

There will be spacious indoor and outdoor seating with a 2,500 square foot terrace and will feature "eclectic elements that focus on seasonality." According to their Craigslist ad, one will be able to enjoy a 40 oz. dry aged porterhouse steak with close ones, or have a casual night in the lounge with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

A job fair occurred around the end of October and rumor has it, Baltaire may open in 30 to 45 days, but no word on the exact date yet. The steakhouse will be a seamless addition to the neighborhood. Story still developing...
