One Santa Fe already has a few good things going into it, including GROW, a high-end grocery, and Cafe Gratitude, the unstoppable vegan eatery with two outlets in Los Angeles. Now entering the massive development is BOL, a fusion bowlery from Andrea Uyeda, who once helped direct operations at Border Grill.

Brigham Yen first reported on the opening, which should take place some time in the first quarter of 2015. This location will tout about 1,500 inside, plus a 1,200 square foot patio that should strike right at the hipster hearts of the well-heeled denizens of One Santa Fe. Economides | Barnes Architects is conducting BOL's interior design.
